Übertragungsfunktion
Die Übertragungsfunktion der Messkette lautet ohne Betrachtung der Unsicherheiten:
\[
\begin{gathered}
U_{\mathrm{Sensor}} = \frac{10\,\mathrm{mV}}{\mathrm{bar}} \cdot P \\[6pt]
U_{\mathrm{Aus,OP}} = \left(1 + \frac{R_2}{R_1}\right) \cdot U_{\mathrm{Sensor}} = 30 \cdot U_{\mathrm{Sensor}} \\[6pt]
\text{Zahl} = \frac{2^{12} - 1}{U_{\mathrm{Ref}}} \cdot U_{\mathrm{Aus,OP}} = \frac{4095}{3\,\mathrm{V}} \cdot U_{\mathrm{Aus,OP}} \\[6pt]
\text{Zahl} = \frac{2^{12} - 1}{U_{\mathrm{Ref}}} \cdot \left(1 + \frac{R_2}{R_1}\right) \cdot \frac{10\,\mathrm{mV}}{\mathrm{bar}} \cdot P = \frac{4095}{3\,\mathrm{V}} \cdot 30 \cdot \frac{10\,\mathrm{mV}}{\mathrm{bar}} \cdot P = \frac{409{,}5}{\mathrm{bar}} \cdot P
\end{gathered}
\]
Zur Probe setzen Sie den maximalen Druck von P = 10 bar ein, dann erhalten Sie die maximal mögliche Zahl von 4095. Die Formel stimmt also. Betrachten wir jetzt die Übertragungsfunktion mit allen Fehlern:
\[
\begin{gathered}
U_S = \frac{10\,\mathrm{mV}}{\mathrm{bar}} \cdot P \pm \Delta U_S \\[6pt]
U_{\mathrm{Aus,OP}} = \left(1 + \frac{R_2'}{R_1'}\right) \cdot (U_S \pm U_{OS}) \text{ mit } R_2' = R_2 \pm \Delta R_2,\; R_1' = R_1 \pm \Delta R_1 \\[6pt]
\text{Zahl} = \frac{2^n - 1}{U_{\mathrm{Ref}}'} \cdot U_{\mathrm{Aus,OP}} \text{ mit } U_{\mathrm{Ref}}' = U_{\mathrm{Ref}} \pm \Delta U_{\mathrm{Ref}} \\[6pt]
\text{Zahl} = \frac{4095}{U_{\mathrm{Ref}}'} \cdot \left(1 + \frac{R_2'}{R_1'}\right) \cdot (U_S \pm U_{OS})
\end{gathered}
\]
Das ist eine ziemlich unübersichtliche Formel, aus der man schwer erkennen kann, wo eine Optimierung besonders effizient ist. Die Gauß´sche Fehlerfortpflanzung setzt an dieser Formel an. Die Gewichtung, wie stark welcher Parameter in das Ergebnis eingeht, erhalten wir durch die partielle Ableitung der Formel nach jedem der Parameter.
